for such a thorough inspection. I considered 10-15 inspectors, looking at their price and actual experience in the field.
I decided to use your inspection service because your company out-weighed the others on those two factors. I also thought
your report was very organized. Even though you say your inspection allots 2 1/2-3 hours, I appreciate you taking 5
1/2 hours explaining the problems, possible solutions, costs, and answering my questions. In the end, your inspection saved
me $5,000 by requesting the seller to pay for some of the major repairs I would have otherwise overlooked. I'm really
glad that I spent the extra few hundred dollars on an inspection to save five thousand. I also wanted to thank you for
explaining that this area has some high Radon levels recorded and that I should get it tested. If you remember correctly
my levels were about 20 times higher than the EPA’s cut-off of 4.0 PCi/L (Mine was as high as 86
